We have added to our ever growing Gluten Free Pasta Range. Mafaldine is a type of ribbon-shaped pasta. It is flat and wide, about 1 cm in width, with wavy edges on both sides. 

It is perfect with a good thick ragu, bolognese or any pasta sauce
