They mix dried cumin, fennel and coriander seeds with walnuts and add a seasonal blend of dried herbs and flowers from the gardens here at Fodder + Farm in West Scotland. This recipe changes with the seasons! Add to dishes post cooking for a beautiful floral crunch.
Great on: Roasted veg, mixed with a good-quality oil for dipping, soft cheese dips drizzled with honey and a handful of dukkah on top, on top of soup or through salads. Roast butternut squash.
