At Loch Leven's Larder, we take great pride in the quality of our artisanal food and local produce. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Team
Email our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return, especially if they are perishable.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging. For non-perishable giftware, please include the original delivery note inside the parcel.
- 3.Send it Back
Post your items back to our farm shop address in Kinross. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
